Where do I catch my ride at the airport?

A. Shared Van: Professionally staffed counters are conveniently located in both terminals of Salt Lake International. In Terminal #1, the counter is located between baggage carousel #2 and #3. In Terminal #2, the counter is located across from baggage carousel #6.

Town Cars and SUV’s: Professional meet and greet service included to get you checked in and on your way.

What are our hours of operation?

A. Shared Van: Starting at 4am and ending at the time of our latest flight arrival. Our service is available 7 days a week.
Private Van or Town Car: Whether departing very early or arriving very late our private service runs 24 hours a day.

What if my flight arrives late?

A. We monitor incoming flights through a satellite link on our Dispatch system, so whether you arrive early or late, we know the moment you’re on the ground.
Shared van service offers prompt departures from Salt Lake City International every 20-30 minutes.
A private van or Town Car will be awaiting your arrival and will be ready to go the minute you reach the limousine area.

What if I am traveling with a child?

A. We are a child-friendly company. We understand it can be difficult traveling with one or more children. We also offer a full selection of child and booster seats for your convenience.

When do I pay for my trip, and what forms of payment do you accept?

A. All major credit cards are accepted and can be taken at the time you book your reservation. For corporate account we offer the convenience of our Direct Bill program.
